Keeno is a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He has been training since 2009 and has been coaching since 2010 after receiving his blue belt. 

He was formerly an instructor at Cebu Jiu-Jitsu, London Fight Factory, and StudioNW2 where he handled coaching students of all levels.

With a deep knowledge of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and a passion for continuous learning he focuses his attention on helping everyone around him improve and learn the art in the most fun and efficient way possible.

Florence is a Black Belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and has been training since 2010. 

She was previously an instructor at London Fight Factory where she taught a weekly intermediate level mixed class and women's class which helped facilitate the success of the women’s team.

Her management skills, innovative teaching methods and compassionate approach are drawn from her experience as a nurse educator. These transferable skills have contributed to her success as an instructor as her classes are always full and students always seek her out for insight. 

Throughout her jiu jitsu career, she has participated in all levels of competition and has had successes as a competitor in major competitions, despite only training BJJ as a hobby.
