Her athletic achievements include team and individual titles at her university’s Western Canadian Championships, a first-place finish at the 2024 Canadian National Championships, and various academic and community service accolades.

With over 20 years of experience in Muay Thai, he has trained under top coaches like Christian Knowles, Winston Fraser, and Sean Douglas. He has competed in B-class Muay Thai, trained in Thailand, and at the renowned Fight Factory gym in Holland under Dutch kickboxing legend Lucien Carbin.

Thomas Wong

Thomas started yoga to ease the bumps and soreness from his Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practice (and to fix his general stiffness!). Since then, he has trained with top teachers across London, earning his qualification in 2017 from the renowned Sangye Yoga School under Cat Alip-Douglas and Phil.

He now offers Yoga in Cheshunt and Waltham Cross, with classes that are both challenging and beginner-friendly, using clear instructions and great playlists. A BJJ brown belt, Thomas believes every Jiu-Jitsu practitioner can benefit from yoga—enhancing flexibility, aiding recovery, and improving breath control during rolling.
